Harper is a 16 hand elegant  2017 Tb Appy cross mare registered American Appaloosa Horse Club as “The Philly Special” N 686774, DOB 5/13/2017.

 

Harper is tall and leggy, and an elegant mover with a nice hunter type float to her trot step.  She is quiet and steady and has been used in lessons for beginner riders - but she would excel as a show horse if placed in a regular training program.  She is nice enough to be a forever horse from someone. She is laid back with excellent barn manners, and can be handled easily on the ground by a junior or amateur rider.  She can take a joke and not miss a beat.

 

She is cantering 2’ courses and has offered lead changes. She has plenty of step to make horse distances if she is shown in hunter, jumper, or equitation courses.  She is not spooky, and does not blink at the fill under the jump rails.  She is up to date on all standard vaccinations, dental, and farrier work.  As a coming six year old she has the age and ability to be a fantastic show partner and forever horse for an aspiring junior or amateur rider, or work in a lease/show program within a lesson program.

 

Harper is located in Southern Indiana, Corydon – about 30 minutes NW of Louisville Kentucky.
